This atmospheric house is a wooden chalet surrounded by a terrace and covered veranda on an unpaved forest path. The house is not in a leisure park but is privately owned with privately owned forest ground, a garden and a lot of privacy. The house has three floors with an area of 195 m² with many windows, allowing a lot of light to enter and you can optimally enjoy the beautiful and unique view. The property has 3500 m² of private forest land. The house has three bedrooms with comfortable beds that can accommodate 8 people. There is a sunroom as a part of the living room, which offers a second seating area with a unique view over the meadows and De Olde Regge. There is also a bathroom with a hall and utility room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a double sink, shower, toilet and bathtub. In the corridor there is a large desk with a wide view over the meadows. A folding bed is also available for a ninth person. In the basement there is the third bedroom and a recreation room with a bar, heated billiards table and a second fireplace. Ideal for a pleasant evening or to play games. This makes the house very suitable for several families, friends or large families. There is ample parking space around the house. The house is surrounded by nature where squirrels, roe deer and many birds such as the kingfisher, spotted woodpecker, winter wren and many other types are frequent visitors. De Olde Regge is an ideal home to withdraw from the daily hustle and bustle, and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
